KENCO Annual Fundraising Dinner 2025: Building Hope, Breaking Access Barriers.

On March 7, 2025, KENCO hosted its Annual Fundraising Dinner at Sarova Panafric Hotel, Nairobi, under the theme “Building Hope, Breaking Access Barriers.” The event brought together healthcare professionals, policymakers, corporate partners, and cancer survivors in a unified effort to improve access to cancer care in Kenya.

Delivering Impact Where It Matters Most

The funds raised through this initiative will directly support the KENCO Benevolent Fund, ensuring that:

✅ 50 vulnerable patients receive health insurance coverage for one year, eliminating financial barriers to treatment.
✅ 300 hospital visits are facilitated, helping patients from remote areas overcome transportation challenges.
✅ 5 cancer support groups receive funding to host 4 psychosocial support sessions annually, benefiting both patients and caregivers.
✅ Advocacy efforts to  influence policy change, integrating cancer care financing into Kenya’s national health strategies for long-term sustainability.
