Today was a monumental event — governmental and non-governmental partners collaborated to create a cancer awareness and screening event for MOH staff and families, complete with high-level talks, cancer victors’ encouraging words, commitment from Miss World Kenya, and hard, hard work from volunteer medical volunteers who followed over 400 patients through NCD, cervical, breast and prostate cancer screenings.
